This fourth video features the contrast of the powerful lumbering strikes and breaks of the Ing Shyung (Eagle Bear) form and the lightning quick and evasive counters of the Hou (Monkey) form. The practice of Eagle Bear develops downward issuing strength and benefits the central circulation of Du and Ren. The practice of Monkey develops quickness and agility and also benefits the Yin of the body. Exceedingly thorough sequential applications follow each form.
