This video has been digitally re-mastered from the original archival footage to enhance clarity and resolution. Additional footage from Multiple camera angles utilizing digital slow motion, at both one quarter and one third speeds of live movement are portrayed for amazing insights into body mechanics never before seen on an instructional video. This is the third of three videos on the Classical Weaponry of Hsing I Chuan. This third video covers the brutally strong techniques of the Hsing I Chang Jen (Long Sword) with its unstoppable movement. Regular practice of the Hsing I Long Sword will develop stronger intercostal usage in the practitioner and refine the understanding of the five forces and their expression within the body core. As Always, exceedingly thorough sequential applications follow the form. The form is featured with multiple camera angles and at multiple speeds to both demonstrate power and fluidity as well as create a great venue for instruction.
