This video has been digitally re-mastered from the original archival footage to enhance clarity and resolution. Additional footage from Multiple camera angles utilizing digital slow motion, at both one quarter and half speeds of live movement are portrayed for amazing insights into body mechanics never before seen on an instructional video. This is the first of three videos on the Classical Weaponry of Hsing I Chuan. This first video covers the Intricate Hsing I Guen (Staff) and its myriad hand changes. A Heavy Weapon; regular practice of the Hsing I Staff will yield an increase of core strength for use within many other aspects of the internal arts. Both double ended and single end techniques are employed within the Hsing I staff routine. And, as a result, both short and long range tactics will be instilled in the practitioner. As Always, exceedingly thorough sequential applications follow the form. The form is featured with multiple camera angles and at multiple speeds to both demonstrate power and fluidity as well as create a great venue for instruction.
