  • Exchanges for same title will be happily granted for material product defect or damage due to shipping.
  • Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your product.

We do not grant refunds for opened packaged DVD titles. Exchange for same title only.

No exchange will be processed without an Return Authorization Number issued from us prior to said return. The address provided on your purchase order is NOT to be used for correspondence or returns without such authorization given prior.
