Please note that you do not have to "Sign In" to shop within the Hsing-I Store. The "Sign In" function is a courtesy that we extend to our frequent shoppers to make their experience a little easier. But you can go through the entire process without doing so. Simply choose the "Place Order Without Account" option upon checkout.

You may select freely from any of the pages/sections in the store, as many items as you desire, and the program will automatically log them into your shopping basket until you are finished shopping and ready to go to "Check Out". You may also get to Check Out by hitting special buttons as an instant link within the store at various times.
Remember that you always have the option to stop shopping or to remove any selected item at any time or to clear your shopping basket and start all over.

Choose any of the Categories listed at the left of the store front to see thumbnail images contained in that category. You may also use the Product list button on the top header. The Product List link is a quick route to peruse the entire store on a single page. It shows a thumbnail image and gives detailed information on the product but is a bit slower on the download since it downloads the entire store at a glance within one list.

Click on the highlighted text next to any picture/thumbnail image for a full description of any item including shipping weight. And if you like the item, hit the "Add to Basket" button. (Remember, you can remove it at ANY time).

You can also check your total thus far by hitting the "Check Basket Contents" button. Or, at any time, you may also hit the "Empty Basket" button and start all over!

Please note that you must click on the product name to see the complete contents of the product and to access the video clip excerpt of the product.

Various Drop Down Menus must also be accessed by clicking the arrow to the right of the category during the checkout process. I.E. for payment methods, American Express is the alphabetic default but we also accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa through the drop down selection arrow. The preferred shipping method must also be adjusted in this manner for either Domestic (inside the U.S.A.) or Overseas/Foreign (outside the U.S.A.)

Once you hit the "Check Out" button, the store program will take you into a Secure Server to enter your shipping and credit card information. When you are finished with the purchase process, a final page will display with an order number at the top and a detail of your transaction. You should print this page to keep as a reference for your order. We will also send you a duplicate invoice when we process and ship your order.

Please Note:

Products are DVD-R Format.

Recordable DVDs will play in MOST set top DVD players and computer DVD players. This format may not be playback compatibe in some older and/or entry level DVD systems. Consult your DVD manual or Computer documentation to determine that your machine can play the DVD-R format before placing your order. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS given due to incompatibility issues stemming from your machine's inability to play the DVD-R format!
