This third video covers the brutally strong techniques of the Hsing I Chang Jen (Long Sword) with its unstoppable movement. Regular practice of the Hsing I Long Sword will develop stronger intercostal usage in the practitioner and refine the understanding of the five forces and their expression within the body core.
