This is the third of three videos on the Classical Weaponry of Hsing I Chuan. This third video covers the brutally strong techniques of the Hsing I Chang Jen (Long Sword) with its unstoppable movement. Regular practice of the Hsing I Long Sword will develop stronger intercostal usage in the practitioner and refine the understanding of the five forces and their expression within the body core. As Always, exceedingly thorough sequential applications follow the form.
